Documents Required for Agricultural Land Transfer
You have to keep ready few documents to transfer of land online in this way
- Father’s Death Certificate
- Father’s Aadhar copy
- Succession – Joint Agreement by the family members
- Applicant Aadhar Copy
- Land Passbook
Succession / Land Transfer Online
Note: You have to sign up for Dharani Portal
Follow below steps to do online application for succession through the Dharani web portal
Step 1: You have to go to the Dharani Website
Step 2: Now click on Agriculture
Step 3: Left side, you will see slot booking for Citizens
Step 4: Click on it
Step 5: Sign in with your credentials
Step 6: Now click on Application for Succession
Step 7: Enter Pattadar Passbook Number which you want to transfer
Step 8: Click on fetch
Step 9: All the passbook details appears, Enter the date of death
Step 10: If you have a passbook then click on Yes, if no passbook click on No.
Step 11: If clicked on Yes, enter your passbook number and click on fetch.
Step 12: If you clicked on No, Add family members details.
Step 13: Fill the all details of you. (Means to whom want to transfer)
Step 14: Scroll down, upload death certificate and joint agreement of All legal Heirs
Step 15: Click check box, Then proceed for payment
Step 16: Payment may vary as per your land
Step 17: Pay amount
Step 18: Application Number / Transaction Number will be generated
Step 19: Now go to Slot Booking
Step 20: Select application type as Registration, put application txn no in filed
Last step: Now select date as per your convenience
You can reschedule the booking date at any time
